Can I eat with Pop On Bling?
Yes, you can! Many of our customers enjoy keeping their Bling on while eating. However, drinking excessive liquids or eating certain foods, especially those that are harder or hotter, can cause the Bling to come off or wear down more quickly. We recommend being mindful of what you eat and experimenting to see what works best for you. So go ahead—enjoy your meals and your Bling!
How do I use Pop On Bling?
Applying Pop On Bling is super simple! Just follow these steps:
Pick your design. Tear off the one you want and gently remove the plastic film.
Clean and dry. Make sure the surface—whether it’s teeth, retainers, aligners, veneers, or another dental appliance—is clean and completely dry.
Place face-down. Put the design face-down where you want it. The shadow shape on the back can help you line it up.
Wet and press. Use a damp cotton swab to press on the shadow shape, re-wetting as needed until the paper backing is fully soaked.
Hold it in place. Keep pressing for about 10 seconds, or until you see the paper start to separate.
Peel and dry. Gently lift off the paper, then let your Bling dry for around 10 seconds more.
That’s it! You’re ready to show off your brand-new Bling!
How do I take off Pop On Bling?
When trying to remove the oral tattoo, gently rub it with an isopropyl alcohol pad.

Is Bling comfortable to wear?
Absolutely! If it’s applied correctly, you’ll barely notice it. If you do feel the bling touching your lip, press it down a bit more with a wet cotton swab or try a new design. Once it’s nice and flat, you’ll forget it’s even there.
Can I remove and reuse the same tattoo?
Each Bling design is for one-time use only. Once you take it off, you’ll need a new design. Don’t worry though— packs come with extras of the same design if you want to rock the same style again!
What if some Bling hangs off my tooth after I put it on?
Simply use a wet cotton swab or your finger to gently fold any excess bling around the back of your tooth. This will help it stay in place and ensure a flawless look.
What if I’m having trouble making the Bling stick to my tooth?
Don’t worry! First, make sure your tooth is completely dry before applying. Avoid touching the adhesive side of the design with your fingers, since the oils on your skin can make it less sticky. Then, use a wet cotton swab to fully soak the paper backing, and wait until the design loosens before gently peeling it off.
Does Bling stay in place, or will it slide around?
When used according to instructions, your Bling should stay right where you place it. Give it at least ten seconds to dry and it’ll hang on through all your smiles, chats, and selfies!

Can I brush my teeth with Bling on?
We suggest taking your Bling off before brushing. Your toothbrush might scratch the design or cause it to come off. Once you’re done brushing, you can pop on a new design and style your smile again!
Does Bling leave any residue on my teeth after I take it off?
The alcohol pad in your kit quickly loosens the adhesive, so the Bling slips right off with no residue. Just rub until it’s fully removed, and enjoy your natural smile again!
How should I store Pop On Bling when not in use?
Keep your Bling sheets in their original packaging to protect them from dust or dirt. Leave the protective film on the design until you're ready to apply it. This way, your Bling will be fresh and ready whenever you want to style your smile!
Will Bling damage my teeth?
Don’t worry! Pop On Bling is made with gentle ingredients specifically designed for oral use, so there’s no harm when used as directed. It’s a fun way to add sparkle to your smile without any long-term concerns. Feel free to switch up your look, knowing your teeth are well cared for!
