WARRANTY, REMAKE, AND RETURN POLICY



INTRODUCTION

Thank you for choosing Pop On Veneers!

We’re thrilled to be part of your smile journey and we’re here to support you every step of the way. As you get started, please take a moment to review our Terms and Conditions, which outline your rights and responsibilities when using our website and services.

Pop On Veneers® are designed exclusively for cosmetic use, offering a simple and effective way to enhance the appearance of your smile. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or dental condition. Pop On Veneers® are not a substitute for professional dental care or treatment and are intended solely for aesthetic purposes.

When you place your first Pop On Veneers order, you’ll receive an at-home impression kit. We ask that you return your completed impressions within 45 days. If you are currently undergoing dental treatment, please wait at least seven (7) days after your last dental visit before taking your impressions.

Once we receive your impressions, our design team will carefully review them to ensure they contain the necessary details to create well-fitting, cosmetic removable veneers. If your impressions do not meet the required standards, we’ll send you a replacement impression kit along with additional guidance to help you succeed.

Once you receive your Pop On order, we offer a 30-day warranty to allow you time to evaluate your Pop On order and ensure you are satisfied (“Warranty Period”).

Throughout your journey, you may have questions. Below, we describe cancellations, remakes, and return options for your Pop On order.

CANCELLATIONS

How Do I Cancel My Order?

You may request an order cancellation within 120 days of placing your order by Clicking Here.  Any unopened impression kits are fully refundable once returned.

We must receive a completed cancellation request form within the 120-day cancellation window to be eligible. After 120 days, order cancellations are not possible, but we would be happy to work with you to proceed with your order.

If you are eligible for a refund, upon receipt of your completed cancellation request form, we will issue a partial refund less the processing fee deductions listed below. Refunds will be processed to the payment method on file within three (3) business days of receiving your request, excluding weekends and holidays. An email notification will be sent to you once the refund is processed. It typically takes up to 10 business days for your funds to be returned to your account by your financial institution. Please note that we cannot issue a refund to an alternate payment method.

Pop On orders are not eligible for cancellation once you return your impressions and they are approved. After that point, all cancellations are subject to the return policy below.

What If I Need Help Making My Impressions? 

If you have any questions while making your teeth impressions, you're welcome to contact us. We're also happy to schedule a video call for you with one of our impression coaches to walk you through the process. Whatever is best for you, we're here for you every step of the way!

VIDEO IMPRESSION APPOINTMENTS

If you need to reschedule your video impression appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment by clicking the reschedule link in your appointment confirmation email.

If you do not show up to your video impression appointment without 24-hour advance notification, your order will be subject to a $50 no-show fee.

REMAKES FOR VENEERS

We want you to love your new smile! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer up to two remakes within 30 days of receiving your veneers.

What qualifies for a remake?
You may request a remake within 30 days of delivery, as long as your natural teeth have not changed since your impressions were taken.

When remakes aren’t available:

  • If your teeth have been altered after your impressions

  • If the veneers are lost, stolen, or damaged (including damage caused by pets)

Payment plan requirements:
If you used a Partial.ly payment plan, your account must be in good standing to qualify for a remake. If your plan is in default, you’ll need to bring it current or pay off the remaining balance within the 30-day window.

How to request a remake:
Submit your remake request form within 30 days of delivery. Once your request is approved, you’ll have 30 days to send back your original veneers using the prepaid shipping label we provide. If we don’t receive them within that timeframe, you won’t be eligible for a remake.

Important things to know:

  • If you ordered both top and bottom veneers, they’re designed to work together. For the best fit and look, we recommend remaking both arches rather than just one.

  • Returns and remakes can’t be processed at the same time. If you choose to return your veneers, you won’t be eligible for future remakes.

  • If you receive a remake but haven’t returned your original veneers, you won’t qualify for additional remakes or a partial refund.

SECOND REMAKES FOR VENEERS

If you’ve already received one remake and are still not completely satisfied, we offer the option of a second (and final) remake.

How to request a second remake:
To get started, please submit a completed Second Remake Request Form within your 30-day warranty period following receipt of your First Remake Veneers. To qualify for your second remake, we will confirm that you did return your original veneers. 

Once your request is submitted, you’ll have 30 days to return your First Remake Veneers using the prepaid shipping label we provide. If we do not receive your First Remake Veneers within 30 days of your request, you will no longer be eligible for the Second Remake you requested.

Important things to know:

  • If you ordered both top and bottom veneers, they are designed to be worn together. For the best fit and appearance, we recommend remaking both arches rather than just one.

  • Returns and remakes cannot be processed at the same time. Once a return is completed, no additional remakes will be available.

  • A second remake is the final remake offered. After proceeding with a second remake, your order will no longer be eligible for additional remakes or a partial refund.

COLOR CHANGE FOR VENEERS

If you are happy with your veneers, but would like to try another color, we offer the option to purchase another set of veneers at a discounted price. To learn more, please visit Spare Veneers . Spare Veneers can only be made from approved impressions and designs that we have on file.

You can order a color sample directly from our website to preview your options before making a purchase. This allows you to see each shade in person and choose with confidence.

ADD ARCH FOR VENEERS

Can I add my other arch while my order is in production? 

Yes! You can add your top or bottom arch for only $199 plus any applicable tax and fees. Order it here.

We will use the impressions we have for your original order. 

If they’re not usable, we’ll send you another at-home impression kit to make sure you get the perfect fit.


RUSH PROCESSING

Can I rush my veneers?

Standard production time is 2-4 weeks depending on order volumes. If you need your veneers sooner, you have the option to upgrade to one (1) week production time. Please note, one (1) week production time excludes weekends and holidays.

 One (1) week rush processing can be purchased for a non-refundable fee here . 

Please note, the rush processing fee is per order, and does not apply to all future orders or remakes. If you would like rush processing on any future orders or remakes, you will need to purchase rush for each individual order you would like it applied to.

 Additionally, if needed, we offer overnight shipping for the continental US on completed veneers for a non-refundable shipping fee. Please email Team@poponveneers.com to update your shipping speed.


RETURN POP ON VENEERS

How do I return my veneers?
If you’d like to return your veneers, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery by submitting a return request form.

To be eligible, we must receive your completed request form within your 30-day warranty period. Returns are available for your original order and your first remake. If you are outside of the 30-day window, please visit our Spare Veneers option for replacement solutions.

How returns work:
Once your return request is submitted, you’ll have 30 days to send back your veneers using the prepaid shipping label we provide. If we do not receive your veneers within that timeframe, your return will no longer be eligible, and a partial refund will not be issued.

If you received a remake and would like to return your order, both the original veneers and the remake must be returned to qualify for a partial refund.

Important things to know:

  • If you ordered both top and bottom veneers, they are designed to be worn together. If you return one arch, we cannot remake the other, as the design will change. For the best outcome, we recommend completing any remakes before starting a return.

  • Returns and remakes cannot be processed at the same time. Once a return is completed, no additional remakes will be available.

Refund details:
Once we receive your returned veneers, a partial refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus applicable processing fees. Refunds cannot be sent to a different payment method.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return (excluding weekends and holidays). After processing, it may take up to 10 additional business days for your financial institution to post the funds to your account. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

LOSS PROTECTION PLANS AND LOST PROTECTION VENEERS

Do you offer a loss protection plan?

Yes! Our Loss Protection Plans offer you the opportunity to protect your Pop On Veneers for one incident of Loss, Breakage, Damage or Theft within one year of purchase. 

When you purchase the Loss Protection Plan, you will receive a one-time use code by email within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays), to redeem for Loss Protection Veneers. No physical item will be shipped until you have redeemed your one-time use Loss Protection Code.

 You can choose to order your Loss Protection Veneers in the color of your choice. No proof of Loss, Breakage, Damage or Theft is necessary to redeem your Loss Protection Plan. Your code is unique to your order and is non-transferable. Limit one Loss Protection Plan per order (associated with one email address). Shipping fees may apply.

 

PURCHASING LOSS PROTECTION PLANS

How Do I Purchase Loss Protection?

Loss Protection Plans can be purchased at Checkout. If you forgot to add it to your order, please Contact Us within 7 days of placing your Pop On Veneers order. 

Loss Protection Plan must be purchased for the same arch(es) included in the original order.

Loss Protection Plans are not available for Spare Veneer or Remake Veneers.

If you purchase a Loss Protection Plan for both Top and Bottom arches, you must redeem both arches at the same time; they cannot be redeemed separately.

 

Refunds of Loss Protection Plans

Loss Protection Plans are not refundable on their own, without a corresponding cancellation or return of your Pop On Veneers order.

 Refunds for Loss Protection Plans are issued if your Pop On Veneers order is canceled within the 120-day cancellation window. Your payment for the Loss Protection Plan will be refunded along with any eligible partial refund for your Pop On Veneers order per the Pop On Veneers cancellation policy listed above.

 If you request a return of your Pop On Veneers and your Loss Protection Plan Code has not been redeemed, you will be issued a refund for the Lost Protection Plan cost in addition to any eligible refund for your Pop On Veneers order per the Pop On Veneers return policy listed above.

If you cancel or return your Pop On Veneer order, you are no longer eligible to redeem your Loss Protection Plan for Loss Protection Veneers, and you must place a new Pop On Veneers order.

Once a Loss Protection Code has been redeemed, the original Pop On Veneers order is no longer eligible for return or refund, even if the request is made within the 30-day warranty period.

Loss Protection Plans are not eligible for a cancellation or return for refund once the Loss Protection Veneer order is initiated.

LOSS PROTECTION VENEERS

 To redeem your Loss Protection Plan, you will use the code emailed to you to order your Loss Protection Veneers. The code is valid to be redeemed from the time your original Pop On Veneers order is delivered and until 365 days from your original purchase date. Shipping fees may apply.

 If you have not redeemed your plan within one year, then the Loss Protection Plan is no longer valid and will no longer be eligible for redemption.

 Loss Protection Veneers can only be made using the impressions and designs we have on file. If you are having fitting issues or would like design changes, please email team@poponveneers.com and we will gladly provide you with the options we can offer.

Loss Protection Veneers will require our standard two weeks in lab production time. One Week Rush Processing may be available for additional fees.

 

Remakes of Loss Protection Veneers

Our goal is for you to be fully satisfied with your Loss Protection Veneers. If you are not satisfied, we can remake your Loss Protection Veneers one time from your digital design, within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a remake, please Click Here . We must receive a completed request form within your 30-day warranty period to be eligible. Once your request is initiated, you will have 30 days to return your Lost Protection Veneers using a prepaid label we will provide for you.

Loss Protection Veneers are not eligible for a remake for color changes.

Partial.ly Defaults

If you have a previous order that was financed with a Partial.ly payment plan and you are defaulted, you are not eligible to make any further purchases or redeem your Loss Protection Plan code until the defaulted order(s) are paid in full.


SPARE VENEERS

Our goal is for you to be fully satisfied with your Spare Veneers. If you are not satisfied, we offer the following options:

Can I Cancel My Spare Veneer Order? 

Canceling Spare Veneers

Spare Veneer orders that are canceled prior to shipping will incur a cancellation fee of $30 per arch. To cancel your spare veneers, please Click Here

How Can I Request a Remake of My Spare Veneers?

We can remake your Spare Veneers one time from your digital design, within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a remake, please Click Here .

 Please note we must receive a completed request form within your 30 day warranty period to be eligible. Once your request is initiated, you will have 30 days to return your original Spare Veneers using a prepaid label we will provide for you. If we do not receive your veneers within 30 days of your request, you will no longer be eligible for the remake.


Please note remakes for color changes are not available.

Spare Veneers can only be made using the impressions and designs we have on file. If you are having fitting issues or would like design changes, please email team@poponveneers.com and we will gladly provide you with the options we can offer.

If you returned your original Pop On Veneer order for a refund, you are no longer eligible for spare pricing and must place a new order.


Are My Spare Veneers Eligible for a Return? 

Return Spare Veneers

If you decide you would like to return your Spare Veneers, please see below under our deductions section for the processing fees associated with the return. Please note returns for color changes are not available.


Once you place a Spare Veneer order your original Pop On Veneer order is no longer eligible to be returned for a refund even if you are still within your 30 day warranty period. Please note, if you have a previous order that was financed with a Partial.ly payment plan and you are defaulted, you are not eligible to make any further purchases until the defaulted order(s) are paid in full.

POP ON FANGS

Eligibility
Pop On Fangs are a special edition item created using existing scans on file. No new impressions are required for eligible customers.

If you have experienced any teeth position changes since your last order (e.g., dental work, tooth movement, or tooth loss), you must place and complete a new veneer order with updated impressions to be eligible to purchase Pop On Fangs.

Return, Cancellation, and Refund Policy for Pop On Fangs
Due to their limited-edition nature, Pop On Fangs are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund under any circumstances, but they are eligible for a remake.

Remakes for Pop On Fangs

How Do I Request A Remake of My Pop On Fangs?

We can remake your Pop On Fangs one time from your digital design, within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a remake, please click here.

Please note we must receive a completed request form within your 30-day warranty period to be eligible. Once your request is initiated, you will have 30 days to return your original Pop On Fangs using a prepaid label we will provide for you. If we do not receive your fangs within 30 days of your request, you will no longer be eligible for the remake.

Please note remakes for color changes are not available.

Pop On Fangs can only be made using the impressions and designs we have on file. If you are having fitting issues or would like design changes, please email team@poponveneers.com and we will gladly provide you with the options we can offer.

If you returned your original Pop On Veneer order for a refund, you are no longer eligible for Pop On Fangs and must place, and complete and new veneer order with impressions prior to your Pop On Fangs purchase. 

Pop On Pro Pod – Limited Manufacturer Warranty 

Warranty Coverage
Pop On Pro Pod is covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect the product’s function or durability.

How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your Pop On Pro Pod has a defect during the warranty period, stop using the product and contact us with a clear description and photo or video evidence of the issue. You may be required to return the product, including accessories and proof of purchase, for inspection. To file a Limited Warranty Claim, please complete the Limited Warranty Claim Form here.

What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Improper cleaning or maintenance (including discoloration, odors, buildup, or corrosion)

  • Use of non-compatible or abrasive cleaning products

  • Water exposure, moisture, or damp storage where not intended

  • Damage to oral appliances unless directly caused by a Pop On Pro Pod manufacturing defect

  • Incorrect power sources or electrical misuse

  • Misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow instructions

  • Normal wear and tear

Remedies
If a claim is approved, we will repair, replace, or refund the Pop On Pro Pod at our discretion. Refunds are issued only when repair or replacement is not possible.

Legal Rights
This warranty provides specific legal rights. Additional rights may vary by state. Some state laws may limit exclusions or disclaimers.

GIFT CARDS

Unless otherwise required by Applicable Laws, Pop On Gift Cards are:

  • Not redeemable for cash;

  • Not refundable;

  • Not reloadable (customer cannot add funds to the gift card);

  • Have no activation or service fees other than fees upon original purchase. (for example, there is no fee that would reduce the value of the card over time);

  • Can be only used for the purchase of goods or services from Pop On Veneers and no other merchant;

  • Subject to our standard terms and conditions.

  • Order cancellation fee: -$49*

  • For each additional impression kit that was shipped to you: -$49

  • For each "no show" video appointment: -$50

  • For orders placed with Partial.ly, payment plan fee: -$99

  • For re-opened Partial.ly payment plans, any reopen plan fee(s): -$99

  • Top & Bottom Pop On Veneers or Spare Veneers returned: -$105

  • Top OR Bottom Pop On Veneers or Spare Veneers returned: -$65

  • Top & Bottom Pop On Veneers + Remake Veneers: -$210

  •  Top OR Bottom Pop On Veneers + Remake veneers: -$130 

  • Restocking fee of $10 for all returned accessories. (Pop On Fresh Foam, Pop On Clean Tablets, Pop On Whitening Strips, Pop on Oral Mist, Pop On Pouches,  Ultra Clean Bundle, Pop On Pro Pod) 

    *Order Cancellation fees or any additional impression kit fees will be waived if the impression kit is returned unopened within 30 days of your cancellation being processed. 


The following add on items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Rush option (after impressions are approved)

  • Overnight expedited shipping option

  • Pop On Fangs

  • Any open impression kits, Pop On Fresh Foam, Pop On Tablets, Pop On Whitening Strips, Pop On Oral Mist, Pop On Pouches. 

  • Complimentary or promotional gift items are non-refundable and are not eligible for any refund.
