 Pop On Veneers Promise

We want to make sure you are happy with your new smile, but we know sometimes things don't work out. We provide the options below for making returns.

Impression Kit

Upon ordering your Pop On Veneers, you will receive an at home impression kit worth $49.

If your impression kit has not yet shipped, you may request an order cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order by emailing Team@poponveneers.com.  We will issue a full refund for any payments made.

If your impression kit has shipped, you may request an order cancellation within 7 days. We will issue a full refund for any payments made, less a $49.00 which includes the impression kit, shipping, and processing fee.

If you received a retake impression kit, and decided not to proceed with the order, you may request an order cancellation within 7 days of receiving the retake kit. We will issue a full refund for payments made, less $79.00 which includes the two impression kits, shipping, and processing fees. 

Please return all impressions within 90 days of receiving your impression kit. 

Pop On Veneers 

Within the first 30 days after your veneers are delivered:

1. Remake: Our priority is to ensure you are happy when you smile.  Therefore, we offer one pre-paid remake due to manufacturing or esthetic issues. Please send photos of your veneers in your mouth to Team@poponveneers.com and we will guide you to initiate a remake.

2. Return:  Pop On Veneers are 100% custom made to fit your mouth precisely. If you have decided to return your custom made veneers within 30 days due to manufacturing or esthetic issues, you may request a return label by emailing Team@poponveneers.com.  Upon receipt of your veneers, we will issue refunds according to the following policy:

2A) Returns for Fully Paid Orders with No Remake:  

• If you received one impression kit and we did not remake your veneers, we will issue a full refund of payments made less $99.00 fee for the impression kit, shipping, and processing costs.
  
  
• If you received two impression kits (one original and one retake) and we did not remake your veneers, we will issue a full refund of payments made less $149.00 fee for the impression kit, shipping, and processing costs.
  
  
• If you received three impression kits (one original, one retake and one for your remake), but decided not to proceed with your remake, we will issue a full refund of payments made less $199.00 for the impression kits, shipping and processing costs. 

 

2B) Returns for Fully Paid Orders with A Remake Order  

• If you received two impression kits (one original and one for your remake)  and we remade your veneers but you decided to return both sets of veneers, we will issue a full refund of payments made less $199.00 for the impression kit, shipping, and processing costs.
  
  
• If you received three impression kits (one original, one retake and one for your remake) and we remade your veneers but you decided to return both sets of veneers, we will issue a full refund of payments made less $249.00 fee for the impression kit, shipping, and processing costs.

2C) Returns for Partial.ly Financed Orders:

• Plan processing fees are non-refundable
• Shipping upgrade fees are non-refundable
• Rush Services are non-refundable
• All refunds follow the rules listed above in 2A and 2B.

3. Shipping, Rush Services, Payment Plan Processing Fees: Please note that Shipping, Rush services, and Payment Plan Processing Fees are not refundable.

After 30 days, your veneers will no longer be under a warranty unless you have purchased an extended warranty. 

Defaults on Partial.ly Financed Orders

If you have financed your order with Partial.ly, your $99.00 deposit includes the cost of the impression kit, shipping, and the plan initiation fees.   

1. If your payment method defaults before your veneers are made, your $99.00 deposit is non-refundable. To proceed with your order, you will need to complete a full payment.  We will be happy to honor any current discount offers towards your full payment.
2. If your payment method defaults after your veneers are made, a remake request will only be eligible if you complete your payment in full.  Your remaining balance may be reported to collection agencies and may affect your credit worthiness.

 All payment defaults void all warranties until payments are made in full. 

Spare Veneers 

Within the first 30 days after your spare veneers are delivered:

1. Return: Spare Veneers are 100% custom made from your original impression/file. If you have decided to return your custom made spare veneers within 30 days due to manufacturing or esthetic issues, you may request a return label by emailing Team@poponveneers.com.  Upon receipt of your spare veneers, we will issue refunds according to the following policy:

      1A. Top OR Bottom: $49.00 shipping and handling charge will be deducted from your return to cover shipping and handling of your spare veneer return.

      1B. Top AND Bottom: $99.00 shipping and handling charge be deducted from your return to cover shipping and handling of your spare veneer return.

2. Remake: Spare Veneers are 100% custom made from your original impression/file. Remakes are not a recommended option as the result will likely be the same as the previous Spare Veneer set.  Nonetheless, if a customer would like to initiate a spare veneer remake, we will honor the request if the customer demonstrates the issue through photos and videos. Please email the photos to Team@poponveneers.com.  After a remake has been made for a spare veneer order, no further return or refund will be available.

Pop On Veneers Return Process

Please follow these steps when returning your Pop On Veneers: 

1. Email Team@poponveneers.com with your order number in the subject and your request for a return label.

2. Pack your Veneers and ship them back to us

3. Write on the Label: Attn: PopOnVeneers Returns, 237 West 37th Street 3rd Floor, New York, NY 10018.
