MEGA Giveaway Rules

POP ON VENEERS® GIVEAWAY — OFFICIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS  

 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A purchase or payment will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning. Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

1. Sponsor

The Pop On Veneers® Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by PopOnSmiles LLC, doing business as Pop On Veneers® (“Sponsor”), located in New York, New York.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, representatives, agents, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to participate.

Veneer Eligibility Requirement

To redeem the prize, the selected winner must meet Sponsor’s anatomical requirements for Pop On Veneers®, including having a minimum of four (4) natural teeth on the upper arch to redeem for Top Pop On Veneers® or four (4) natural teeth on the lower arch to redeem for Bottom Pop On Veneers® to support veneer placement.
Failure to meet this requirement will result in forfeiture of the prize without compensation.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins and ends at the times stated in the promotional materials (the “Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s computer shall serve as the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter

Entrants must submit the official Giveaway entry form as promoted by Sponsor.
Limit one (1) entry per individual. Multiple entries, automated entries, or entries submitted through third-party services may be disqualified.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) set of Pop On Veneers® (Top and Bottom) in the color of their choice.

Prize Conditions

The prize:

  • Is not redeemable for cash

  • Is non-transferable

  • Cannot be exchanged, sold, or substituted

  • May be replaced with a prize of equal or greater value at Sponsor’s sole discretion if necessary

If the winner does not meet the product eligibility requirements described in Section 2, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about January 15, 2026.

Potential winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry. The potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification. Failure to respond within the required time, or failure to meet eligibility requirements, will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

7. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, by entering the Giveaway, entrants grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, voice, statements, biographical information, and entry content in any advertising, promotional, or commercial materials without additional compensation.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or other factors compromise its integrity.
Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • Lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries

  • Technical malfunctions

  • Unauthorized human intervention

  • Damage to any device used to participate

Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who violates these Terms or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.

9. FTC COMPLIANCE DISCLOSURE

In accordance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations, Sponsor discloses the following:

  • This Giveaway is a promotional sweepstakes that does not require payment.

  • All advertising materials referencing the Giveaway must clearly disclose that the prize is provided by PopOnSmiles LLC.

  • Influencers or partners promoting the Giveaway must use appropriate disclosures such as #PopOnVeneersGiveaway, #Sponsored, or #Sweepstakes as required under FTC guidelines.

Entrants acknowledge that all social media promotions related to this Giveaway are subject to applicable FTC endorsement rules.

10. STATE SWEEPSTAKES COMPLIANCE

Sponsor intends this Giveaway to comply with state sweepstakes laws. The following state considerations apply:

  • Florida, New York, Rhode Island: This Giveaway’s total prize value does not require registration or bonding.

  • Giveaway is void in any state where prohibited or restricted by law.

  • Sponsor reserves the right to restrict entry where compliance requirements cannot be reasonably satisfied.

11. SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM DISCLAIMERS

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social media platform used to promote the Giveaway.

Entrants release all such platforms from any responsibility arising from the Giveaway.

12. Tax Obligations

Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance or use of the prize. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 if required by law. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for winner’s tax filing obligations.

13. Privacy

Personal information collected through the Giveaway will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
By entering, participants consent to receive marketing communications from Sponsor, which may be opted out of at any time.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, employees, and representatives from any liability relating to:

  • Participation in the Giveaway

  • Acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize

  • Eligibility for or suitability of Pop On Veneers®

  • Technical or system issues affecting participation

15. Governing Law

These Terms and the Giveaway are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in New York County.

16. Agreement to Terms

Participation in the Giveaway constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
