Each impression kit includes a unique identifier for tracking:
Website orders: The order ID is printed on the outside of the box.
Amazon and Walmart orders: The box will include a unique box ID.
Important: We do not support or honor purchases made through third-party platforms such as eBay or Facebook Marketplace. These kits often come from canceled or refunded orders and are no longer valid.
If you purchased a kit through eBay or Facebook Marketplace, please contact the seller directly to request a return and a full refund.
